Boratas vibrating screens can have up to four decks depending on the number of end products the customer needs. They are powered by a separate electric motor and are mounted with a shaft on their main body which contains special bearings and two counterweights. The movement of materials on our vibrating screens is circular and fluent without any disturbance.
Maintenance
One of the most important parameters in a screen is the distance between the decks. It must be large enough to facilitate the maintenance operations applied to the screen and its components, especially to the meshes. Accordingly, the tensioning system is designed to facilitate and speed up the replacement of the iron meshes. The discharge chute can also be moved on a rail to further facilitate the replacement of the meshes.
